I believe food is highly overlooked in managing one’s health. I am personally guilty of the off-hand comment, ‘can it really make that much of a difference?’, the answer is yes. But generally this type of comment comes from the side that just wants what it wants and forgets about maintaining health.
In this section I will share information about nutrition I have found useful and/or experimented with to aid in pain management. But please take note there is no magic “diet” for Rheumatoid patients, and what helps me may not work for you. I will also share information I have found helpful in making a celiac friendly kitchen & some of my favorite gluten-free recipes.
