a little about me::: I love Jesus, and learning the new graces He offers me everyday. I am a wife, mom of 2, daughter, sister, & friend. I am a montana-native that graduated from montana state university where I fell in love with my husband. we are grateful everyday to call bozeman our home. i have a beautiful and blessed life.
why this blog::: I am relatively young but have a medical chart that of an 80 year-old. I have tried to live like other young mom’s and failed. my life is not ‘normal’, my body is not ‘normal’. so I have been in search of ‘my normal’ and ways to be my own best advocate. I full heartedly believe there is a place for both natural & medical approaches to our health. this blog is a way for me to process & gather information to promote health in a less-than healthy body. also it will serve as a place to fully humble myself by exposing the bad & good days. <more on this>
a full disclaimer::: I am not an expert, actually far from it. I am not a writer by any means, so if you are a person that cannot read something with all lowercase or improper punctuation/grammar, I am guessing this site will bother you. I will be including my own personal experiences and even opinions and by no means am I saying this is the only way.
